How do I search for available office spaces?

You can search for available office spaces by using our search feature. Simply enter your desired location, size requirements, and other preferences to find spaces that match your needs by creating a search profile.

What types of spaces do you offer?

As of now, it is only possible to search for office space. In future, we intend to include retail, industrial, storage etc.

How do I schedule a viewing?

You can schedule a viewing by selecting the offices you're interested in and clicking the 'Book a visit' button. After providing some initial information, Squarlo will recommend the most efficient tour programme for you.

What is included in the rental price?

To make the offices more comparable and transparent, we are splitting the rental price in two parts:

Net rent: costs for the use and the current condition of the office space
Service charges: costs relating to building maintenance.

Is my data secure?

The data stored on our website is protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure secure handling and protection against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. We regularly review and improve our security precautions in accordance with current standards and legal requirements.

What happens if I change the search profile?

By changing the search profile, Squarlo will automatically update the long list based on the new search requirements. Please note that any selected offices in the short list will be deleted.
